Black dead looking scale

Hi my beardie Meeko has a black scale after he shed his bearded is this common? Does it indicate something else and I need to take him to the vet? He's 3 years old, has all the correct bulbs. His cage runs 95 in his basking spot and humidity runs 25-40. He eats live crickets, collard greens, turnip greens and assortment of fruits and other veg. His favorite is mango and carrots. The yellow looking color on him is just a bad shed he's already been to the vet about it and he has shed most of it off
