So I know why beardies generally black beard but I caught my guy doing it in his sleep which Ive never seen. Has anyone else seen this? Could he be dreaming or perhaps sick? Gosh he stresses me out sometimes! I picked him up and pet his beard like I normally do when hes upset and it went away...Just curious what others think of this.

I've caught my guy head bobbing in his sleep before :lol: it was too cute, never seen him black beard in his sleep though.
Wow never have seen him head bob in his sleep but thats adorable 
Yeah he was doing it a couple of nights in a row. I think he might just be cold at night because I live in NJ and its been ungodly cold recently. Ive been putting on his infared light at night now and havent seen him do it since.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
