Black beard and closing eyes

Try holding him standing up like he's on his legs in one hand with your thumb on his beard side facing you. Press your thumb against his beard and slide it down toward his neck. The friction from your thumb against his beard should pull his mouth open so you can feed him via syringe. Offer the syringe from the side of his mouth and go slowly with small bits at a time so he doesn't inhale any food by accident. I've found that wrapping him burrito style in a small towel may help you to hold him still.

Came home and he is all puffed up, laying flat, twitching and flipping over. He is having weird relapse things and sticking his tongue out. He also had this weird thing in his vent. I think his time is coming

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know he passed shortly after. I like to think he waited for me to get home before he did. I just want to thank you all for helping me for the 3 years I've had him. Thank you. I hope to return here someday. You guys were very helpful

Oh gosh, I am sorry your lost him like that, I know how horrible that is. Were you able to hold him when he passed? He probably did wait for you & at least he wasn't alone.

No unfortunately not. He flipped himself over and I touched him and flipped him back and then he was breathing hard and then passed in that position
