Bites for bearded dragons?

I got some bites for bearded dragons for Copper a couple days ago. I tried to get her to eat some, but she just backed away from it like it wasn't food. I put it on baby romaine + arugula and misted it before I went to school, but she didn't eat any. Any suggestions for this stuff?

Are they the Nature Zone bites that are soft and squishy? Honestly, she just may not like them. My baby boy won't touch them either. And it's not like they really need it. If she's getting good feeders and has them dusted with calcium and occasionally a multivitamin, plus eats her greens, I would just see about returning them.

She eats greens basically every other day. She doesn't really like greens at all, but she loves fruit like watermelon and peaches. I offer fresh greens daily, but she may only nibble on them. I'll try to give her some bites in a month or so, and see if she likes them then.

...And yes, they are Nature Zone bites :D

At least yours eats! My boy eats his feeders like crazy, but as soon as I put down greens, he just stares at it like "What do you want me to do with that?" I have yet to find anything he'll eat besides insects.

But anyway, good that she eats. I wish I could just strap greens to the backs of roaches like little salad saddles. Pretty sure that's the only way I'll get mine to eat lol :banghead:

Oh! And I forgot to mention, be careful with the Nature Zone Bites. A member on here recently had a bearded dragon that choked on one (she was able to cough it up) but she died from shock a day or two later. I always tear mine up into small pieces now.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
