I'm getting a bioactive put together for my beardie. I've been collecting rolly pollies for about a week now in my backyard and I'd say I have around 200. These will help with the poop and should be the only isopods I need, correct? In my digging, I guess I accidentally grabbed a ton of baby snails. They're the tiny little brown snails. I also noticed earthworms, but didn't grab any as I didn't know if they were safe. Any advice here? I don't use pesticides or fertilizers on my yard. Thanks

I have never set up a bioactive substrate, but there are several people on here who have. I am sure they will see your thread now.
I believe that those should be adequate enough for breakdown, but they can share what they have used also.
That is a good idea of not using chemicals or pesticides in your yard.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
