I think it is about time I started this, and maybe kept up with it? We have had Bindy since August, and I have taken hundreds of photos of her, but they end up sitting on my computer and/or ipad for months without me touching them again.

So, I have attached a few of her early days for all to see.

When we first got her, this was her favourite way to watch us. She was so TINY back then, holy! She even fell asleep like this once and a while. Silly nut. She's much too big to do this now though.

Here we are chilling on our dolphin. Funny story about this dolphin. I came home from work one day, and I could see her cage from the front door as I came in. Anyway, I glance in at her cage as I take off my shoes and I see the dolphin go flying across her cage. I dno what she was doing, but I got quite a laugh.

This was her first real shed with us. We laughed, cause she looked like a frilled-neck lizard XD

This is a more recent photo. She loves stretching out on her floating rocks. I am most impressed by her fat little belly hanging down.

This is a legit "Awh mom, do I have to?!" photo. Hahaha. I think its cute.

This was just yesterday, shedding out her tale. She really loves stretching out on those rocks.

And again. She slept like that most of this afternoon.

I put the towel down for her to lay ON, not in. But it was cute none the less!

There must be some comfort in the way she lays?

Ahh ok. I broke my promise. I posted the best photos I have from my entire collection.

Looks like I will just have to find excuses to take more!

Bindy is just sooooooooooooooo cute. :laughing6: I love all the pictures but my favorite one is her lying on her dolphin saying 'Aw mom do I have to'. I love stuffy pics though. :mrgreen: Where did you get the floating rocks, I just love those? WOW!! I've never seen them in any store. I've seen the stone bridge though. PLMK!

Oh thanks guys! She's quite wonderful! Those floating rocks are a product from pet tech. http://www.pet-tech.com/

Our local pet store used to carry them. I say used to, because our friend there recently informed us they will no longer be getting them in. We bought two smaller ones when Bindy was little, and then we were convinced to get the largest model for when Bindy gets big because they will not be in again. She absolutely loves them. She sleeps on them at night, and climbs around on them all day. Theyre a rougher texture too, so they help her when she's shedding.

Mega diss. Anyway, check that website! We were told they were going out of business, but the site still seems functional.


Anyway, cute story bout Bindy today! Grandma (my mother) came to visit. She thinks Bindy is the cutest thing ever. Well my moms holding here baby talking Bindy to death. My mom says "smile for me Bindy??" and just as she said this, Bindy opened her mouth as though she was smiling. It was mega cute!!

Wish I caught a photo, but it was a split second then she shut it again.

Bindy is awesome! All of the pictures are so cute, especially her and those rocks. I think Beardies like the feeling of their belly hanging down, it must be comforting in some way. Do you weigh and measure her? She looks to be the same size as my Frank, we also got him in August. I look forward to seeing more pictures of Bindy, I hope you keep it up!

I hope I do too! Thanks kaleen! We dont have a scale, but last we measured her she is about 12.5 inches long. We never measured or weighed her when we first got her, which is a huge regret cause it would be interesting to see how big she was compared to now.

Maybe give us an idea for her age. She might be like 5 months old now? Wish we knew.

I was wondering when a well deserved thread was going to be started for her!

Well those pics were certainly wonderful! But I bet you can get us some more that are even better.

Gee thanks Haley! We got a scale today. Is a cheap kitchen scale, so I'm not sure of its accuracy. Is 200 grams normalish?


Length 12.5 inches 200 grams?


Haha she's a porker, whatever her weight is.
