Big black lump on my beardies hand + swollen finger

This black lump on her hand scared the **** out of me. Does anyone know what it is? Ive had her for about a month now, got her from a pretty not great petstore. Aside from the lump, she has a swollen finger that she wont let me touch. She just moves her hand away, not too jerky or quickly but she moves it away nonetheless. It doesnt seem to cause her a crazy amount of pain but it definitely does cause some. Also, she lets me touch her black lump, but if i squeeze it (not too hard) she pulls her hand away the same way she would with her finger on the same hand. Can anyone help? Im really worried about her.

A better quality photo would be helpful.

Don't know, but I think you need to take him to a vet to have it assessed and get the proper treatment, I think this is well past home remedies like raw honey.

Yes, we do need a better picture if possible.
Has she burned her self possibly? How long has this been like this, estimated?
Is she eating normally too?
As suggested, try manuka honey for now, to help if there is an open wound. Be sure there aren't
any insects in the tank, that would be attracted to the honey.
Let us know how she is doing.

Any update on your girl? This looks like either a fungal infection or an infected cricket bite or other infected sore, though I can't really see the lump closely enough, or the finger at all. I hope she got to the reptile vet because that looks like something that is going to continue to spread without treatment, and she's obviously sore...
