Best worms?

What are the best worms to buy my little guy?
I know mealworms are bad for bearded dragons.
I just don't know if I should get Phoenix worms, butterworms, etc.
I want to get him the healthier/tastier option that he can have pretty much on a daily basis and not just as a treat.

Black soldierfly and silkworms are the ones inwouldnsuggest for frequent feeding. Do keep some hard shelled insects (crickets and roaches etc) in the diet as the crunchy shells are good for the teeth

it's a no brainer :

BSF maggots
blowfly maggots
silkworms.

for young hatchling ( < 3 months old ) I recommend at least one meal per day of small (between 1 and 1.5 inch long) silkworms , a hatchling will have no problem polishing off up to 8 of these in a sitting, use crickets or roaches for the other 2 meals.

all other worms are suitable only for use as treats.

I feed one of mine BSF maggots as a staple, I find its easier to keep and they last a long time without fuss like crickets. In my opinion they are best feeders, Dixie is growing and looks great.
I have another baby who is 14 grams and she only wants to eat crickets. Hopefully she will come around to BSF! I hate crickets! And she doesnt like silkworms ,.
I live in Canada so BSF are more expensive than crickets so depends what you can afford.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
