Best UVB light???

I know I have to get a ReptiSun 10.0 UVB, but not sure what size. I currently have a bulb i've had 7 months so it needs replacing. I can't tell what it is but it says this on the light "17w 120v t8 bp desert 50 reptisun" yes I know this is bad for the them, but have not had any money as i'm out of work. I

'm trying to take care of him the best i can, with little cash. I can't also tell the size of the bulb, I measured it it was around 24" from the metal pointy ends.. I'm not sure of the UVB output on this thing, it was included with my beardie and he said it was fine. Also on the little snap in case it shows 17watts , I can't find any 17 watts 24" and 10.0 uvb reptisun.

I uploaded some pics to an album.. The actual light fixture thing for the UVB is smaller than what it says.

I found a uvb light that's 17 watts, but I dunno if it'll work good with this uvb fixture. If not, maybe there's a combo uvb fixture plus uvb bulb?

Reptisun 10.0 is the right bulb, there's only one type. I would think 24" would fit your fixture. You'd need to contact the company who makes them to find out, but that is definitely the right bulb. They last 6 mo, so would need to be replaced at that point.

Sorry about your financial situation but I'm glad to hear you have a dubia colony going, that will save you $ big time, plus they're great bugs for your dragon.

Nah, I don't allow cockroaches in my home lol. I buy crickets, there's a shop here that sells them for a decent price. Reason why I barely have enough funds for his light But thank god, I will order the light
