Best book on bearded dragons?

I was wondering if any of you beardie dragon pros. have a favorite or recommended book on these creatures. There are so many out there and I assume the most recent publications are probably the most knowlegable, but I thought there may even be some experts on this site who have published a book on them. Any references? :study:

As far as I know, there are no recommended books on dragons. Most of them, even the recent ones, contain horribly out of date info.

There is an e book out that I think is a good starter guide. It is written from 1 mans point of view but is otherwise not bad. It was released this year and I have read it . I will say that there really isnt any info in htere that you cant find in here usu=ing the seach feature.

i have the bearded dragon manual to me it seems like a very good book i still go back to the book to read up on something every once in a while

I agree, the bearded dragon manual is the closest book I've seen to the advice on this board. Here is a link:

I agree the info. on this site is way more expansive and I have had much helpful advice from this site since I joined with my first beardie. I in NO WAY could say enough good things about this site (free, ability to get direct advice to your questions from many other beardie owners, info. on matters I have never even heard or thought of.) I have never had a bad experience through this site and would highly recommend to anyone who owns a dragon. I just love books though, they are portable and I guess I still enjoy sitting down and getting knowledge with visuals through publications (although they definately add to my clutter!) Thanks for the replies, I always enjoy them. :lol:
