Belly Question

This may be a bit of an odd question lol

I've looked at tons of photos of beardies - love the little buggers - but I've only had two in my lifetime. Now, in some photos when they are flattened out look like their bellies are HUGE and so wide! And others do not.

Is that a good way to tell if a beardie is overweight or not? Or does it vary that differently from dragon to dragon?
I always thought that the best way to determine were things like, if their belly drags, can't hold themselves up, fatty pouches, etc. But now I'm curious about them in that relaxed flattened state.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
