Hey guys.. so ive had my bearded dragon for almost one whole year now. i recently just came back from winter holidays and have been noticing weird behaviour. usually she is out and about all day, basking, and eating and pooping. within the past 2 weeks that i have been back, she has only pooped 2 times, shes been digging more than usual, hiding in her hide popping her head out but keeping her body in, eating only when i hand feed or put live feed in.

ive checked to see if she would have any infertile eggs, and it doesn't appear there's any.
could she be brumating?

PS. shes been in the same enclosure her entire life, so i dont think it has anything to do with that. a 55 gallon, hot side around 90's basking spot 100-110 and a cool side of 75-80f.

any help would be awesome.

I'd monitor her weight and offer her hydration via water drops on her nose and try to offer calcium rich foods like Phoenix Worms and collard greens. I'd also build a dig box for her using a combination of moist play sand and organic topsoil to the consistency she can dig a tunnel and have it remain stable. My guess would be either brumation at some level or she needs to lay eggs.

Thank you so much.... yea i think shes going into brumation... No signs of eggs, and she just hides all day which isnt like her. shes well fed and hydrated.. so if she is going into brumation what steps should I follow to make sure she brumates properly... I feel bad if she's trying to and i'm stressing her out.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
