Behavior and not eating

I have a 1 year old beardie who is very finicky and has been acting strange. George has never been one to eat veggies or fruit. His diet has mainly consisted of dubia's when he was younger (until 6-7 months ago) and superworms. Lately (past month or so) he has decided that he still does not want to eat many veggies (kale and mustard greens on very rare occaisions) and has decided to only eat about 5-6 superworms a week and he sleeps most of the time, bathroom habits have also slowed down. He doesn't appear to be sick or losing weight. anyone with any ideas? Appreciate any insight.

He is in a 5 x 2 x 2 cage. He has been in this viv since I got him last August. He has a 4 ft uvb, a 150 watt basking bulb and a 150 watt CHE, that runs at night. All of his temps are in range.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
