My first post was concerning a rescue in the ER section, and I was more worried for her health than about introducing myself.
I live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, and I take in sick or unwanted reptiles. I currently have a juvenile bearded dragon, an old and very shy tiger salamander, 2 adorable musk turtles, and a giant goldfish that came with the turtles, lol. I have an extremely soft spot for beardies though
When I first got her with very bad impaction, she clearly got tired of 3 baths a day
But she always looks forward to cuddles and napping afterwards
Or sometimes just scoping out the territory from a safe view point.
Gaining health, and just finished her first shed since impaction.
She is still having digestive troubles, but the worst is behind her. Looking forward to a lifetime with this beautiful girl.
