Beardy Toe Lost Nail, Regrowing?

Awhile back my beardy lost her nail, I wanna say back in November. It was pretty random, I’m not sure how it even happened. Asked the vet about it, he said the nail probably won’t grow back. Well looking at it today it looks kind of weird. You guys think the nail is growing back? Or is that bone… it wasn’t there before.

their nails can’t regrow, so might likely what you are seeing is just a scale covering the wound up.

Nails don't regrow in bearded dragons. When we brought my bearded dragon home we noticed he was missing a fingernail and that's when he was 2 months old. Now he's five months old, and his nail has not grown back, and I don't think it ever will.

I wouldn't be concerned. If it starts swelling or something.
That could be a concern.
