beardy jelousy?

I have a 1 year old male who has allways been very very calm. He almost never black bearded until 2 days ago when we brought a couple yellow bellied turtles into the house. Im pretty sure he cant see them, but since they got here he has been black bearding alot and even head bobbing (which he has never done before). He has eaten and pooped since this started, so I know its not that. The strange thing is that he does not seem to be bearding or bobbing unless im in the room. He looks normal when I walk in and then a few mineuts later he will be all black in the front. As soon as I take him out and handle him or hand feed him he relaxes and the beard goes away. Is he being teritorial or jelous? What can I do about it? Thanks so much for your help.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
