Hello! So my estimated 3/4 month old bearded dragon's tail has been turning black. I figured it had to do with shedding, since her entire body was at the time. Even after she shed her skin, it still remained a dark gray/black color. I am very worried about this and I'm wondering if any of you have any clue as to what the cause is.

Most likely shedding related OR related to the temperatures in the enclosure (they will go darker /duller when trying to absorb heat from their surroundings and if too cold).

Would be helpful if you upload some images of your hatchling and it's enclosure (I use TinyPic and take copies of the img code and paste these into my posts).

Can give a thorough run down on your
---- temperatures (cool zone, warm zone , basking temp, overnight minimum temperatures in the room/tank)
---- UV lighting specifics and distance from basking spot
---- lighting schedule (hours on/off per day)
---- feeding schedule and what
---- is your hatchling housed by itself or sharing
---- other animals in the house it can see

-The basking temperature is 108, warm zone 90, cool zone 85. The overnight minimum is 72.
-The distance from the basking lamp and the basking ledge is 5/6 inches. The UVB light is a coil, however I will be upgrading VERY soon to a UVB tube.
-The lighting schedule is a solid 12 hours on/off. The lights turn on at 2pm and off at 2am.
- The feeding schedule is 3 times a day, and all about 3 hours apart. (I give her 2 hours before the lights turn off to digest the food). She eats Dubia Roaches regularly, crickets occasionally. Mondays and Fridays are the multivitamin days and the rest of the week is calcium. Wednesday I attempt to feed her veggies with the only success being with bell peppers rarely.
-My Beardie is housed alone.
- The only other animals she can see outside of the tank are 2 cats, however i try to keep them away. She is in my closet so that she isn't too stressed about the environment.

I will also be upgrading the size of the tank. She is currently in a 10 gallon, and soon will be in a 30 gallon. When it is warm enough i will take her outside to absorb some of the natural heat. I Swap the UVB light and basking light to make sure she gets an adequate amount of UVB.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
