The second pic is how Kiki sleeps, the third pic you are referring to is after the lights come on. She must have been a bit grumpy and wanted to sleep a bit more. That is definitely the "I just woke up face."

Awww, poor Ember, I hate winter for my crew; Rubio normally sleeps for at least 2 months at least that's what he's done for the last 2 winters, this winter he keeps waking up, as if he can't decide what to do, meanwhile he's not eating anything, just taking in water, driving me nuts!
