Beardies are like children?

My dragons consume a lot of my waking and sleeping hours. They are like my children. Like right now. Elyott is wide awake on my chest at almost 6 in the morning but we have been like this for half an hour. And whenever my mom tells me "well don't get pregnant" (I am 18) my reply is i do not need another one. When os comes to there care i worry and i always try to get the best. Organic veggies, the best bugs, and everything else. But i also worry myself gray whenever i have to leave them for a few days or even having to go to school for a day. They have become part of my family. Does anyone else treat there dragons like there children?

I do. I told my boyfriend's mom (my mom passed away) that the only grandchildren she is getting from us have scales :lol: She wasn't too cool with that. I think it is because out of her three children, Paul being the middle child, we are the "most likely" to have grandchildren :lol:. Jace is my baby boy and Zy is my baby girl. And like yours, mine consume a lot of my time as well. When they get sick I spend he whole day worrying about them and taking care of them as best as I can.

Lol i do want children later in life but for now i am happy with dragons. They are so funny and amazing. People look at my weird when i talk about them but i don't care!

I think all of my friends and my boy are a little done with them being the center of my attention. I'm torn about human children.

yes. like 2 year olds.

"No Mr Dargon. Don't go over there" and he spends all of his time trying to get there.

My mom calls them her 'grand-dragons'
