Beardie vomit

My 4 month old bearded dragon just threw up some meal worms that I fed her two days ago. She had a poop earlier today that was a lil more roundish and wet then her usual dry irregular shape poo. She wouldn't eat yesterday either but I figured brumation was taking into effect since temperatures have dropped where I live. Worried about what would cause a Bearded dragon to throw up.

I have read a few other posts and noticed that temperature seems to be a key role and I haven't checked her basking spot since the temperature drop and its at 93-4 instead of its usual 100-110. I've raised her basking spot since I can't lower her light. Hopefully her health improves and I'll buy some soy yogurt to keep her feeling well with the meal worms until my phoenix worms come in.

Hi. Your beardie is to young for brumation. Do not feed meal worms as they are hard for beardies to digest. Make sure you give baths every day as babies get dehydrated fast especially important since she got sick.

Are wax worms better? I can buy those until the phoenix worms arrive but they seem a little too big. Being longer then in between her eyes. If she bites it enough that probably would be okay? They are pretty squishy and should be easier her on stomach compared to the meal worm. Would that be correct?
*Her new basking spot seems to be in a good range, from 105-110. Shes opening her mouth a little bit because of the heat probably but hasn't kept doing it.

Wax worms are like a candy bar to beardies. Have you tried crickets?

Crickets are a huge annoyance with their chirp and escape ability. I think I'll buy her some wax worms until the phoenix worms arrive.

You could also try dubia. One is like the equivalent to 3 crickets they don't smell or make annoying noise. Don't be surprised if she just wants wax worms after you feed them for a few days.
