Beardie trying to get out of lay box?!

I recently posted about my beardie going crazy, scratching and running along the glass constantly. A few members suggested i make a lay box, cause she could be ready to lay eggs. So i made a proper lay box, but shes doing the same thing in the lay box as she done in her tank.. trying to get out! Should i keep her in there for a bit longer(shes been in for less than a day) or should i take her out and put her back in her tank?

Can you fit the lay box in her cage? If she wasn't digging a lot then she probably doesn't have eggs yet. This time of year, dragons get a bit crazy, try letting her out to run, it might help tire her out.

the lay box is a bit too big for her cage, though i can just make a smaller one for her.

I jst put malibus in her viv.....let her run crazy around the house for awhile....be careful for "presents" she will leave for any male beardie thats passing through....she will go in the box when shes ready....sometimes i put the lay box in front of a sunny window.
