Beardie trying to constantly get out?

He is 7 months, and everything is all good. temps are good, bulbs are good.. he has water and all and was just eating lettuce. We just moved about 2 weeks ago and he is VERY spooked by shadows, and the room he is in there is a LONG wide space he can see and it's empty at the moment *no furniture in the loft*. He always trys to get out, I let him out but I put him back in after a half hour and he wants to get out again. He is not eating his crickets, and he is going to the bathroom just fine. We just changed his sand to tiles so he doesn't have any harm done to him from impaction, and his stools are already looking better. He is now not eating his greens and just trying to escape the last two days and making a mess and greens are all over the place i have to keep putting them in his bowl. Anything I can do to calm him down? He has his baths regularly, we switch up his food to keep his appetite up but he just doesn't want anything at all.

he might still be getting used to the new home, let him explore some. I would take Mr. Dargon for a tour around our new home every day so he could get used to it, it would calm him down for a while.

you can try covering the 3 sides of the viv so he can't see the shadows. this might calm him down a bit.

have you tried feeding him outside of his viv?

Bunny's right. This sounds like relocation stress.
Give him time, and stay calm at all times It'll drive you nuts for a while, but he'll recover. My guys have had to move house a few times, so I always try to make sure I put their tanks back together exactly the same each time.

Yeah I feed him outside the tank on the floor. he wont eat anything in there unless it's his greens. thanks guys.. i dunno it's been 3-4 more days, let him out and he just runs around like hes scared. hes got a lot of stripes at the bottom of his belly and a lump on the side of his jaw. i dont have any money for a vet visit. we only have one in town that will take reptiles and they want 75 dollars

maybe post a picture of the lump, and look inside his mouth on that side.

look up some diseases associated with bearded dragons and see if anything matches up.

no lump inside mouth, he's still acting up big time. he's fine when i hold him, but he'll run off and want to explore. i let him, but he starts hissing at me when i go to pick him up again and and opens his mouth. what in the world? i've been patient with him and still am trying, but it's kinda seeming like he's not gonna change and gonna keep getting weirder and aggressive. all his temps are fine, his bulbs are good and temps with the temp gun, he has water, he eats his greens but not as good as he used to. i switch them around occasionally, give him his fruits and veggies.. crickets he won't absolutely eat inside or outside his cage. he simply won't eat. not even his favorite (superworms).
