Beardie still has parasites but isn't acting weird aND such

Okay my beardie has coccidia and pin worms but the thing that confuses me is that this isn't even affecting him he still eats is playful and is healthy. About a month ago he had a bad case of coccidia and it nearly killed him but I gave him some medication and he seems to be perfectly fine. And yes I know that they are quite hardy animals but wouldn't he act the same and lose his appetite and become lethargic. Please answer this if you can.

Do you know the counts of the coccidia & pinworms that he has? If the levels are low it most likely wont affect his appetite or behavior.
Which medication did you give him when he had a big count of coccidia? It sounds like he was very ill. Is he done with the medications now also?
You can give him some probiotics such as non dairy acidophiliz or non dairy soy yogurt to help replenish his gut flora & system. If he is eating right now & active, he may not need it.
Does he have a black beard at all?
