Beardie shedding, what can I do to help?

Gizmo is currently shedding. He has been since yesterday. He seems so irritable. His beard is blacker than I have ever seen it and he keeps attacking his reflection. It makes me sad to see him so unhappy. I have a couple ?s.

1. Is there anything I can do to help him feel better?
2. About how long will shedding last (I know it varies but, approximitely?)

Give them several baths a day is what i do it seams to help the sheading to loosen and it helps with the itchys we bought a baby soft toothbrush and we rub them with it durning and outside of the bath. Its normal to be grumpy Roo shes never ever in a bad mood but shes sheading right now and boy is she a grumpy gus.
