That is excellent your mom is helping with the care of your little beardie. I can't stress just how important it is to have UVB exposure for her though. She will fall prey to metabolic bone disease because without UVB exposure she will not be able to properly absorb her calcium or vitamins. I understand about finances & am sorry that you got stuck with a bad bulb. I hope you will be able to replace it soon.
What kind of basking light do you use? Is it a bright white bulb or a colored bulb?
What caused her impaction sand? What type of sand are you using, washed & sifted playsand or calcium based sand?
How large were the substances that she passed in her stool? They could have been infertile eggs. I wish you had a picture.
