ok so i regularly feed my beardie a salad every day. So far it has only consisted of about 60 percent collard greens and the rest green beans, peas, and sometimes carrots. I want to give him more variety not only to keep him happy but to ensure that he is getting all the vitamins he needs. I'm worried that some vitamins may not be present in his current diet. My mom got a package with mixed greens and leafs and no seasonings or things like that. But no one in my family likes it so it got passed to my pets and feeders haha. its all organic. The thing is though that most of the greens are not on the guide on beautifuldragons.com so i need help. I'll list the ingredients that are not on the chart and i hope that you guys can help me out. I dont want to feed these to him since part of it may be toxic to him or just unhealthy.
The ingredients not on the chart include include:
baby red romaine
baby tango
baby arugula
baby red leaf
baby green romaine
baby lolla rosa
baby mizuna
baby tatsoi
baby green chard
baby red chard
baby red mustard
Baby red oak
baby green oak
frisee
baby green leaf
swiss chard
baby spinach (i know its on the list but i want your opinion of spinach)
baby mache
beet tops
I know thats its a lot, and i dont expect anyone to know all of these. But if any of these stand out as being bad for beardies, please let me know. Thanks
