Beardie regurgitating - twice!

Well, the first time was a few weeks ago. I realized it was my own blunder as I was so excited in getting her to be healthier/put on a bit more weight that I fed her 10 supers on the very first day of receiving them. I gave her two days to allow her system to recuperate before feeding her her typical veggies along with three supers. She seemed fine after that. I continued to feed her three supers until I had to go on a trip - in which I enlisted the help of my mother and sister and left a care sheet behind to feed her. At the time I was gone, they completely went against my wishes and barely fed her. They told me they did feed her worms, though, for three out of the seven days I was gone.

It's more than a week later and I've gradually increased the number of supers to her diet. I read somewhere (i'll edit this with the article once i find it) that I should be feeding her ten a day to help her gain weight? Along with her regularly scheduled veggies every other day. it seemed a bit excessive.. but as of yesterday I got her up to ten again, and then this morning she regurgitated them again.

Have I been feeding her too much and she's just not given the time to digest them?
Is she just not used to the diet of supers?
Bringing her up, she was primarily fed crickets dusted with calcium.
The vegetables I fed her were collard and mustard greens, carrots, some bananas, apples, potatoes, and occasionally raspberries and blueberries (I'd limit these cause she'd ONLY eat them at times if they were available.)

her set up is as follows:

-she's in a 36 x 12 x 18 tank (she's in the tank I got her in when i first adopted her from a friend. actually in the process of getting her a tank which is more long than it is tall? i feel like the one she has was intended to be a fish tank.)
-reptiglo 10
-exoterra 75 watt basking lamp (realizing that this MAY be incorporated with the problem. think i need a higher wattage lamp to produce more heat? allowing y'all to help me out on that.)
-she's on repticarpet
-has a water dish out on the cool side which ranges around the 70s. mostly higher 70s. (I live in Houston, Texas)

also, an additional note: i JUST moved to a new location. perhaps the stress from the move could be a cause of it?

any help is greatly appreciated. the quicker the better! If things seem bleak there is a herp vet just around the corner from my new location. i can probably go out today to fix any errors that I have as far as her habitat goes today. so all help is greatly appreciated... thank you.

Hi there...a couple things to consider. As you suspect, 10 supers are a bit too many for a dragon that is not used to that many. Cut back to about 5-6 a day. Another thing , beardies almost never drink from a bowl, so offer water with a syringe or eyedropper, as much as she'll drink. Also a soak in lukewarm water every 2 or3 days for about 10 minutes. She may have been dehydrated before to add to her problem, and she will be now after vomiting. And be sure her temps. at the basking spot are about 100 . Think about adding crickets back to her diet as well, switching up the superworms. She should be fine.

I have a water dish in there because sometimes she will drink out of it! But I do give her water with a little spray bottle to her mouth, and she'll typically drink from there. And I soak her twice/three times a week. Her last soak was the day I moved out (the day before yesterday) and I'm actually about to put her in to soak again now and what not.

And yea I, unfortunately, don't think her basking light reaches to 100 at the spot. Maybe close to the light it does? But not at the spot. I'll have to look up the bulbs and the wattages and fetch a better one for her today..

But I am greatly relieved, honestly. I realize permanently now that 10 just might be too much for her (even despite the fact that she will eat them ALL happily. Too many is just not good for her system, it seems.) I'll take your advice and add some crickets back into her diet as well, as she really enjoyed those.

Thanks so much!
Any other tips/advice from users would be greatly appreciated too. I'm honestly all ears right now, as I'd love to have some advice from other people as opposed to hawking websites as I've done for the years I've had her. Interestingly I've browsed this site constantly, but have only now decided to join!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
