Hi, uh, let's see, I'll throw out a few things for "chewing on" . . .
Are you feeding him in his new enclosure, or do you use a separate feeding tank? If it's the former, than is it possible that he's overwhelmed by having to get to crickets in a larger space? When we moved our girl to her 40 breeder several months back, we began than using her starter tank (a 15 gallon) as her feeding tank. She was familiar with it, and it was small enough to have a meal efficiently, but large enough to house her for feeding time (all of ten minutes), even as she grew. She prefers even now, at 16+ inches.
The ReptiSun, is he able to get within 6-8 inches of it, now that it's in a larger enclosure? Good, strong UVB being responsible for stimulating appetite, this might be something to check.
You mentioned the temps. With what and how are you gauging them? Is the 100-105 the temps directly on the basking surface/under the heat lamp, or just that side of the tank? As your dragon is 10-11 months, he could still do well to have slightly more raised basking temps (the temp directly under the light), say 105-110, and a bit lower cool side temps, 79-80. This would give you a slightly better range for the overall tank temp gradient which could be helpful as well.
Aside from that, I suppose a little relocation stress wouldn't out of the question. :dontknow:
Best of luck in determining what "ails" your dragon. Please keep us posted.
