Beardie not eating well and possible impact?!

My bearded dragon is a year and four months, he had an upper respitory infection where I had to treat him for almost 90 days I thought it wa gone with one treatment waited a little found out still had it so we had to treat a lot longer with baby food as well. It's been a little over a month about a week before thanksgiving I stopped giving him his meds and baby food and he will barely eat anything! I have since taken him to the vet and the vet cleared the URI and parasites. Said he's just being lazy but I really have tried everything, the food that I can put in his mouth he'll eat (wax worms mostly but some super and horned worms as well) but not on his own he looks at them and will eye them up even lick them but then nothing. Not he hasn't pooped in a week or so and is very hard on the sides almost like bean shapes and I've given prunes, bathing twice a day for the hydration bc I thought maybe behydrated but he's just not going. Anything that has worked for the eating or pooping?

Hi Taylor...can you post pics of him ? What meds. was he on, possibly Baytril or Fortaz and was it daily ? That's a really long time to be on meds., was he put on a probiotic ? Hopefully the meds. have not caused more damage than the original R.I, they can wipe out all of his good gut flora [ like wiping out his immune system ] leaving him weak + with no appetite.

Since he's not eating much he dosn't have much to eliminate. Keep offering him what he'll eat and look in to probiotics if you are not already using them. Some people use a product called Repta-aid, others use repta boost to bring back the appetite.

I threw the bottle out so I cannot recall. I know he was on it for 30 days then I went away and when we came back I found out he still had it so I had to do it for another month and then when we went back he said he was almost back to normal so he said maybe another week or two and then he was fine no RI and then fecal was negative. And I was giving him soy yogurt when he was on it then I stopped. I was told it helps the immune system, Should I continue?

These are literally right now at this second. He hasn't lost any real weight since so I guess that's good but he's very wrinkley now.
