beardie name change??

I am in the process of buying a new beardie.. My question is she already has a name and I was wondering what people thought of re naming or keep the name.. I know it's not a real big deal, just wanting to know what other people think about this...

I believe that animals ask for their names. Our snake came with the name Mitch, but we are considering changing it.. We are still getting to know his personality, so nothing has come to us. All of our other pets deserve the names they got (especially Loki, our cat). I also like whimsical names.. so if your new beardie has something cute that fits, maybe you could leave it.. but it may come to you screaming for something more specific!

Of the three beardies we've been given, all three we changed their names. It didn't kill them.
