beardie markers

im just wondering what all you breeders use to mark your dragons to identify a specific bearded dragon. im talking about the stuff that breeders put on the base of a beardies tail. Some people write numbers, some people put different coloured dots. im just curious of what EXACTLY you use PERSONALLY on your beardies?

I dont know what they use to make the dots but the breeders that I have talked to that use markers use fine point sharpie non toxic permanent markers.
