well I am one of the 1000's of people without power. I woke up Monday night around 5am freezing. While looking for a blanket I noticed the clock was out and realized we were without power. I instantly ran to my Draco's room having no idea how long power had been out. :shock: He was pancaked, black bearded and cold. I ran to use the potty and grab a dishtowel. :idea: I got out my little baby and wrapped him in the towel and took him back to bed with me. We snuggled under the covers with the dog and cat. :love5: After a little napping, he calmed down and was warm and sleeping. :sleepy2: We packed up things the next day and are now staying at my brother in laws apartment. Draco has a tank and a light but no furniture and only newspaper on the floor. He is not very happy but he has pooped and this morning I hand fed him some greens and worms. He is still not happy and I am getting lots of dirty looks but at least he is safe. I guess he doesn't remember sleeping in mommy's bed for so many hours! My husband came home from work that morning to find me in bed with another fella!

Aahh, that's gotta be rough. My cat would never sleep with Reggie peacefully. He'd bat him around and want to play.

well Max too, but everyone was too cold and since Draco was so snuggled up in towels and blankets I don't think max knew he was there!

My power went out the night before last for about 30 minutes or so. My beardie, Pyro, was pacing his tank like crazy. He knew it wasn't bedtime.

Oh we are having a time with Chimera atm too the construction has the house in the low 60's so his viv is colder than normal and he cant come out and play hes one dragon :9 i can see your baby must be just awful mad!

That is a huge fear of mine. Im so worried that the power will go out. We live in Wisconsin and it has been in the teens for a while now.

Im glad that you were able to keep him warm. Hopefully the electricity will come back for you soon.
