Beardie just came out of brumation ?

Hello! I've had my bearded dragon for about a year now and for the past month, he has been in brumation. Today he finally came out and I am thrilled. I've read a lot about brumation, but it never really specifies what you should do after. Again, he just woke up and started basking 20 minutes ago. Any tips on how i can get him back to his normal self, or does he not need anything? Thanks!!

You may see him come out for a while and sleep for a while. If he is up for good, offer him some food. It may take a few weeks for him to ramp his metabolism back up to normal. I'd give him space to run around if he wants to. Sometimes they have a ton of energy after they come out of brumation. When my guy ended his last brumation he was awake but sluggish for a while, then ran around like a madman for a month or so and stayed up late. Then he got very hungry and ate a lot. Then went back to normal, and is now back in brumation =)
