Beardie in the bath..

How long does your beardie spend in the bath???
Malibu has been soaking dailey for about an hour to two hours.....these are long baths....she usually just crawls out when shes done...i do not want to take her out early case she has to poo....i have to keep adding warm water... :whip: :shock:
She looks normal not dark or anything...Maybe she just really needs the spa time for hydration ..where i have turned on the heat

That's a long bath. I keep Ollie in for twenty minutes, tops.

Mine dont stay in long at all, purley because they poop straight away...

stewie is still young i put him in a Tupperware container and he tries jumping out within 5 seconds. he don't like

Sounds like 10 to 30 mins is the norm..... My guy is about the 10 min range. He doesn't ever poop in it just stands there every now and then will swim.

I try to get them to stay in for at least 15 min. Some of them do better than others but they don't seem to particularly love it.

Spike had his own washing up bowl which he used to love bathing in. Now he's bigger he loves it in the big bath with his rubber duck!

If my memory serves me correctly, the longest either of my babies had stayed in their baths was about 45 minutes, and that was a rare day because he'd freak out and jump out even if he hadn't pooped. On a normal day, he'd only stay in for about 15-20 minutes. Digi, on the other hand, would stay until she pooped. She'd only climbed out twice, but that was because Pookie was staring and headbobbing at her.

....The problem is the duck is spikes... i bought it specially for him! lol
