Beardie has something sticking out of his vent

My male beardie has something that is dried, hard, & brownish in color sticking out of his vent, and I have no idea what it is! He is in a 40 gallon glass terrarium with a screen top, has basking light & UVB tube the length of the cage, his basking side stays between 105-110 & the other side between 80-90 & nighttime temps are between 70-80. He is on reptile carpet. He eats superworms (which I know aren't the best but it's the only feeders he's been able to keep down since he was a baby) & loves his greens (collards, turnips, & mustards). His attitude hasn't changed, but this thing sticking out of him still worries me. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Looks like it could be the tip of a sperm plug poking out. They are a normal occurrence for boys. It should come out when he poops. DO NOT PULL IT!!! You can hurt him if you pull it, and it will come out on it's own. You can try soaking him in a bath and that may help it come out. Just put enough water in a pan to come up to his shoulders. Make it lukewarm like you would for a baby and let him soak for about 20 min. Lots of them poop when you put them in water and some people use it to potty train them, because they seem to like to poop in the water and will wait to go until they are placed in water if they get bathed regularly. Watch him while he's in the bath so you dont have an accidental drowning. If it doesn't come out during the bath, just leave it alone and it will come out when it's ready.

Agreed - as mentioned, a nice warm bath will sort it. It won't cause any harm.
