Beardie has growth by nostril. how to treat?

Hey all,

My 8 year old girl has recently had a growth reappear by her nostril. It's not inside it is growing on the skin surface just Infront of it. This has happened before and the vet tied something right around it and it fell off I think. I remember it being quite expensive. I'm wondering if anyone else could offer advice or a solution. As i said it looked like it was just a tight knit of string or something last time n must of cut off circulation. How can I post a picture?

That doesn't look good. Did the vet test a sample of the area to see what the cause might be? I think a skin sample or biopsy would be the best course of action. You may want to check again with your vet or seek a second opinion, especially if this is something that was removed and has regrown.
