Hi,
My bearded dragon went into brumation at 8 months. Was totally normal before this, woke up after 2 months and now he is insane, he glass surfs for 8 hours a day non stop, losing his mind. He also wont eat, barely touching food. This has gone on way too long, about a month. He will surf at the front door, assuming he wants out. He has now started surfing the back corner. I have tried blocking his reflection, doesnt change anything. After this exhausting day he will eventually go hide in his wooden hide a few hours before the lights shut off.
Nothing has changed in his setup, all the temperatures are right. He was eating fine before brumation. So I am not sure whats changed his behaviour. He got a bloody nose from rubbing on the glass so much. I let him out to run, and he goes wild for hours running around the house, but typically has a black beard while doing this.
I know so many things can cause glass surfing, but this is excessive! Any tips?
