Beardie fat/swollen neck?

Hey, I'm a first time beardie owner and I'm a little concerned about my little lad: Toothless.

He seems to have a bit of a double-chin going on, and I know by nature they are prone to obesity. He's been on a bit of a diet for the last week. I've reduced the amount of locusts and worms and increased the amount of salad, but there seems to be no reduction in chin size. I've taken 3 pictures this morning before he'd eaten and just wanted a second opinion on if this is normal, as everything I've researched on the topic seems to either point to a naturally big neck, or some kind of infection/tumor. I'm ready to take him to the vets at the shortest of notices, but I'm waiting on a portable heat pad for him.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

You're alright, you've got Jabba-face
Some dragons get chubby necklines - a couple of mine have Jabba-face. If it's soft and floppety, don't worry too much. Make sure there's plenty of baths to keep hydrated, and if there's fat-packs anywhere else (particularly under the armpits) consider a diet with more exercise, more greens and less bugs.
