Beardie experiences outdoors

I took my beardie outside yesterday for the first time for a few minutes and he seemed to like it. Today, I found a kiddie pool, cleaned it and waited until the sun was beating down on it. I brought him outside and he seemed to like it. It started to cloud up so I brought him back inside. He seemed to like it. He was looking at the trees and stuff
We will try again tomorrow!! I have a photo of his outside experience but I can't upload!

I'm glad he enjoyed his outside time. The natural sunlight is really good for them. If you have him out for extended periods you may want to bring some of his furniture out to put in the pool to provide some climbing spots and to provide some shade in case he wants to get out of the sunlight.

I never thought of using a kiddie pool but that's awesome! It's a great inexpensive and safe way for a beardie to enjoy the outdoors without being tethered to a leash. I think I know what i'm gonna buy for Dalia lol
