Hi,
so I have my girl Mimi who is almost 12inches long
and about 2-3months old.
My boyfriend decided it would be great to get another.
So we went to PetSmart and got an ity bitty baby one.
We spent some time having them be around each other.
I came back and put them in the tank and
fed her a ton of large crickets by hand.
Then i dumped the small crickets in for the little one
and put Mimi back into the tank.
I put the baby infront of a small cricket to let him know to eat
and then all of a sudden Mimi lashes out and chomped on his face!
I thought he was dead cause his tongue was sticking out and half of his head was in her mouth
I had to take a mechanical pencil to pry her mouth open and get him out.
He ran like crazy. He seems fine, just spooked.
He has a bump on his head, but I cant remember if he had it before.
and he is bleeding a tiny bit under one eye.
Why do you think she did this? Do you think it was because of feeding time?
Should I just return him or do you think they can live together?
