I am so worried! I bought a bag of crickets from the store and they accidently gave me one large one and before I could grab it out of the bunch Rigs went right for it!!! ughh I feel like an awful pet owner and just stupid for not taking it out first. So my question is.... is impaction inevitable or might he be okay? and then anything i can do to make him better? other than warm baths? Ugghh i feel soooo bad 
You just need to keep a watch on him and make sure hes going "potty", warm baths,massage his belly from neck to vent firmly but gently You dont want to hurt him..you can also try babyfood prunes, canned pumpkin (not the pumpkin pie type) unsweetened applesauce or sweet potatoes thru a feeding syringe..can you put a drop or two of olive or veggie oil in the food and mix it up..this will help get his bowels moving. But if I was you Id just watch him, If he hasnt potty-ed in a day or so (depending on how regular he was in the 1st place) then Id try the above mentioned
