Beardie are water crystal? Help!!

Hi, just tonight I was feeding my beardie a couple smaller Dubias. On one of the Dubias legs was a water gel crystal that stays in the container where I keep the roaches. Before I could stop her my dragon grabbed the ranch and the water gel crystal. My dragon is 3 and on the larger side (22 inches). It was a small crystal too, around the size of her eye. Will she be okay?
