Our bearded has concerned us for a year now. He had pinworms and coccidia last year about this time and was treated and clean. Before that, he only pooped every few days. After that, he only pooped once a week or less. Then it got to every two weeks. Right now, it's been at least 3. We've had him to the vet about a week ago and they went over everything and basically just shrugged. His appetite has been off and he is wanting to sleep all the time. He definitely showed brumation signs last year, so it may be related, but it just doesn't seem normal for a bearded to poop so seldom. The vet commented that his weight was good and he does not feel overly bloated as one would assume if he was full of stool. They gave us some special food for him which he is eating well and we now bath him daily, but still nothing. Personally, I think we should retreat for pinworms without waiting too much longer for a stool sample, but the vet has us waiting for it to come. We are quite worried and out of ideas as to whether this is possibly just normal for this reptile or something not right at all.
