Bearded Dragon's Growth/Skin Q?

I am new here and had a question about my beardie's growth and skin/shedding. I have a female bearded dragon. She will be four in a few weeks. She is 15in long and although she doesn't look underweight to me our gram scale broke, therefore I haven't been able to check. I am a little bit concerned as she has not shed in a long time, longer then I can say. Some of the skin on her nose looks a little bit pushed in, I don't know how else to describe it. I also feel badly as she has walked in her feces a few times and it has gotten caught in her scales on her feet, tail, and belly. I have tried giving her warm baths, but it has only helped so much. I guess my main question is do you think she is done with growth or not? If not, what can I do to help her so she can shed and grow a few more inches? She was the largest of her clutch by quite a bit, another reason why I thought she seemed small. She is living in a 40 gallon breeder. She has a 100 watt basking light on one side (along with a large basking rock) and some drift wood and a half log underneath, which she uses quite often, on the other side. At night we use a 50 watt red bulb on the side with the log and driftwood for warmth. In the middle of the two fixtures we have the fluorescent bulbs setup for UVB. It doesn't span across the entire cage like some of the light fixtures I've seen, just covers the middle portion. I will mist her every once in a while to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated. She doesn't seem to like licking the water off her nose, but every so often she will. She is fed vegetables and fruit every other day. about a 25% fruit 75% vegetable salad. Normally we feed red cabbage as she seems to really enjoy that, and romaine, kale, collard, or iceberg lettuce when we have nothing else. The fruit is normally strawberries or blueberries. I feed about 50 large crickets a week. They are usually gutloaded with scraps of vegetable from out fridge. Normally with Something she likes such as red pepper or romaine. Each time I feed insects I dust them with calcium powder with D3 and a vitamin/mineral supplement once a week. We also have a leo whom gets mealworms, so she gets about 10 - 15 of those a week, just the small ones as a treat. Every so often we will get waxworms for the both of them, no more then once a month. When we get those she is fed between 5 - 10 sprinkled on her salad or just alone in a separate dish. Lastly, I don't know if this is relevant, but she gets 2 baths a month, and has been getting more lately, as I mentioned we are trying to get the poop out of her scales.

Thanks so much! Sorry if this is like information overload, just trying to give as much info as possible to get to the root of the problem. Thanks again!

You can use a soft toothbrush and a tiny bit of no tear baby shampoo to scrub the poo off her scales. At 4 years old she is pretty much done growing but she should still shed a couple times a year.
The dent in the end of her nose scale sounds normal, when she does shed it should go away.

Sorry! forgot to add she has been "climbing" up sides of glass. I mean like going as high as she can then running back and forth on the sides of the glass with her claws scratching. And during this she has been rubbing her nose as well, which is now all scratched on the lower part of her mouth. Although it is just the few scales, I would like to be able to fix it. I didn't know if there was some sort of salve I could buy or something I might have at home that could heal the few scales. Once more, thanks!

Alright, thank you so much, I will definitely try that! Is there anything I can do to get her to shed? It has been a LONG time since she has shed, which is the only reason why I thought I might be doing something wrong. Also, do you think it's ok that she didn't get that big? This was my concern. Thanks again for the helpful information!

I just realized what I did that has caused my beardie not to grow. The UVB light that I have in the middle is too small and the bulbs haven't been replaced in forever. I feel horrible that I made this kind of novice mistake. To anybody who sees this, what type of fixture and bulb do you recommend? I've heard the reptisun are good, is this true? Should the fixture cover the whole top of the tank? Also, I have heard that if a glass or plastic cover is over the lights it should removed, is this true as well? And lastly, if you set the light directly on the screen, does this deflect the UVB? Sorry for all the questions, but I really screwed up and I want to do things right this time. Thanks in advance.

You need a reptisun 10.0 and its best if it cover the whole tank but if you can't do that then put it on the hot side so she can get heat and UVB all at once. The fixture you use doesn't matter as long as it holds a long tube and not one of the coil kinds. There should also be something for the dragon to climb so it can get 6-8 inches away from the UVB tube.
The plastic or glass cover should always be removed. Screen will filter out some UVB and its best if nothing is between the bulb and dragon if possible.
You can use neosporin on her nose just make sure it doesn't have any pain reliever in it. Do you ever let her out to run around the house? That can sometimes help when they get really antsy.
Its not really a big deal if she is smaller, just as long as she is healthy.

All advice taken. Thank you so much, this is really a big help. I do take her out actually, every day at least once. If she isn't on one of our shoulders though she always seems to want to run away to find a warm place or just somewhere to curl up. We will put her on the floor to run around and the same thing happens. Our house temp is normally at 67 F. I just assumed it was a little cold for her. Thanks again for all the advice! Really appreciate it. Once again, do you know of anything that will get her to shed, as she hasn't in a long, long time

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
