Hi everyone

I am moving to Michigan and I have three beardies I am taking with me and I am worried about all the humidity out there.
So what I wanted to know what would be the beat way to keep the humidity down in the house where they stay so they won't get sick with breathing problems?

I really dont have a clue as i dont know how humid Michigan gets, maybe someone who stays in the area can help more, just 1 thing comes to my mind but if it will work IDK.

Try using a dehumidifier in the room where they will be staying?

Ok thanks
I know that Michigan is pretty bad in the summer. I know we have to keep our basement dry in order to keep the house dry.

Travelling isnt too hard, how far are yu travelling (As in hours approx)
Just use a basket / shoe box / carrier (Basically any contaner they cant get out of that has ventilation)
Make a rice sock or use hand warmers for heat (Wrapped in a towel or cloth so it doesnt get too hot or burn him) Pack them around your beardie to keep him warm and off you go

Driving to Michigan takes about four or five days and around 35 hours of travel

W O W , guess youll be sleeping over then along the way.............
Id get a biggish rubbermaid for when you stop at night where you can keep him and get one of those clamp lamps for some heat before bed time.

In the car while travelling a rice sock or corn bag will work well as you can probably re-heat them at rest stops, or even a hot water bottle you can refil at a diner or restaurant when it gets cold. Also turn on the cars heater to keep the ambient temps warmish.

And dont stress about the UVB bulb, 4-5 days wont do any harm.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
