I noticed last week that my bearded dragon's toe was slightly swollen. I called my vet, and they said it was probably a stuck shed. So I gave him plenty of baths and used aloe on his foot. The swelling got a little worse, but never enough to warrent an immediate trip to the vet. Just yeterday, the foot shed, and while the swelling went down a little, it's still obvious.

Here's a picture from today. I can upload images from last week if anyone wants.
Does anyone know what it could be? Of course, if this doesn't clear up in a few days I will definitely take him to the vet but I don't want to spend $100 if it's something easy to fix.
And for care specifics,
Basking spot: 110 degrees Fahrenheit
Cool side: 80 degrees
UV bulb was recently replaced
Main diet: collard greens, kale, blueberries, and superworms
Age: about one year
Tank size: 40 gallons
(sorry if I forgot anything)
And he hasn't been exhibiting any unusual behavior or other signs of illness.
Thanks for any help!
