Bearded dragon sick??

I have a 4 month old beardy and he's started having a terrible poo. It still keeps it shape and he acts completly normal. I don't have a vet near me that will take him. I would add a photo but I have no clue how to. It's been going on for a while but I thought it would be gone by now. Any ideas of what it could be. I've heard of parasites but he has no symptoms of them except for the poo.

What type of substrate do you use?
Also do you feed your beardie meal worms? If so the hard chitin shell can cause impaction.
How often does your beardie poop and has the schedule changed recently?
Also what temperature is it at in the tank? Cold, hot and basking area.
Has his/her behavior changed? And if, how so?
