Bearded Dragon shedding

My Bearded dragon is shedding and is there anyway to speed up the process of shedding. I try soaking him and everything. i also pull of the excess skin that is already halfway off so i speed it up. I just wanna make it less uncomfortable.

Leaving him alone is best. Once he actually starts to shed, it should only take a few days to finish. Peeling them is bad as well, because the dried up part that you can pull is still connected to parts that may not be ready to come off. Peeling them could result in little bits of stuck shed left behind, which just makes it harder for them to shed next time. Just give him/her daily baths and let them take care of the rest.

Reptiles have been shedding their skin for millions of years, they don't need help.

In addition to potentially damaging the new skin, they can probably still feel the skin that has not pealed off in it's own. So it could feel pretty uncomfortable if they aren't ready to loose the skin. The best way to help him stay comfortable is the give him soaks.
