bearded dragon scared of her food

Ok my deb sweet heart is scared to eat her food cause they tried to eat her toes and so i took care of that now she wont eat what do i do i need to feed her but she wont eat anything not even what hurt her what way do i feed her please help!!! thanks

she still wont eat live food yesterday me and my dad force fed her veggies with a syringe and she ate 3 millimeters!

well today she died of MBD cause petsmart

How do you know she had MBD? How do you know Petsmart caused it? (I'm not saying Petsmart is great with their animals, but still.)

Did you ever separate your dragons, and give them their own tank? Did you change the lights like was suggested? Did you use the proper calcium & multi-vitamins?

There are lots of factors as to why she could have died, but to just blame Petsmart...I don't get it.

thanks and i did separate them and she has all the symptoms of MBD and i saw the lights petsmart uses and i got her when she got sick before i got her so i did not do it and they used very bad lights at night and i did every thing i had to do.

Are you entirely sure it was purely petsmarts fault? I mean they probably are to blame, but to just throw that out as the reason is odd. Beardies can suffer horrible cases of mbd and still live(as seen many times on this forum) so for it to just drop dead sounds a tad bit unlikely out of the blue. People here have also taken in petsmart beardies and they have thrived so I don't know what to say.

Sorry for your loss, but settle a bit on the blame.

Ok thanks and she had symptoms when i got her until she died today she was shaking and looking really sick i really miss her and shes gone forever i really want her again i saw her last steps and she looked horrible when she last moved she was the best.

I,m sorry but you cant just blame Petsmart I have followed most of your posts and you never listen to what you were told,you have to take some resposibility for your beardies end.I do hope your other beardie survives.

ok but i did say i was not going to do all the stuff i was told but people talked some sense into me and i did do the stuff after that i was told and my other beaded dragons is super healthy right now.

there is a good lesson for you in this however. As people have stated multiple times on this forum. Be careful when buying from a chain store. Make sure they are alert, moving around etc.
If this is 100% petsmarts fault, and you noticed it had all the symptoms of mbd while still @ the pet store, why would you purchase it? Considering it sounds like you are a new owner.. why would you believe you could help a beardie in such bad health as you claim.

So.. in 5 days one developed a HORRIBLE case of mbd and died from it? I have my suspicions

its confusing but i bought her when she was just starting and it got worse and worse in 3 to 4 days.
