Hello Everybody
My name is Dave and my Bearded Dragon is Tunga. My question is how do i get him to start eating veg he is only eating locust and meal worms but he will not eat any fruit or veg that i put in for him.
Any suggestion would be greatly received.

Welcome to BDO, Dave! First, some questions:
- How old is Tunga?
- How long have you had him?
- How often do you offer salads versus insects?
- What are your temperatures (basking, warm, cool)?
- What are you using to measure temps?
- What brand and how old is your UVB?

How old is Tunga? As a juvenile, they require more live protien, and are often not interested in salad greens. I think about 75% protien, 25% greens is a good general rule. At around a year old, that changes and reverses. However, all Beardies are a little different, and if still growing actively may need higher protien still. I could not convince my boy Dezi to eat a green for love nor money!! He flat refused. But I continued to offer it every other day, placing different bits of fresh greens in a bowl for his approval...I had almost given up hope, when one day he just grabbed some up and decided to eat it! Dezi was over two years old when he did eat greens. He is a huge fellow, 2 feet long and growing still but has slowed down....almost twice normal size, and was growing alot, even at two....most stop such active growth around a year. So I figure in his case, he simply needed the higher percentage of protien. Animals know instinctively what they need. So my advice is, keep offering, try new things, be sure they are well chopped to make them easy to eat, and offer it before feeding the protiens, while your Beardie is still hungry, but dont be too worried about it, he will eventually come around. Beardies are notoriously stubborn about any changes in their lives--they hate change, and resist it. Be patient and do not give up! Dezi says, Tunga, eat your greens!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
